Shipping Policy

Once you place an order, we typically require 2-5 business days to print the garment before shipping it. Please keep in mind that shipping will not take place during weekends and holidays.


GLS is our primary delivery service provider, and delivery times vary depending on the location. For Italy, delivery typically takes between 2 to 3 business days, whereas throughout Europe it usually takes 3 to 6 business days. However, for overseas shipments, please note that it can take up to 14 days for delivery.

Orders to Europe over € 105 qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

It is important to keep in mind that customers residing in countries outside of the EU (such as Switzerland and the UK) may be subject to customs fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer to pay. If you are unsure about any import taxes or duties, we suggest contacting your local customs office for further information.


For orders being shipped to Italy, we will send you an email with a tracking number. Simply enter the tracking number on the GLS website to track the whereabouts of your package at any time.

If you have chosen tracked shipping and are ordering from a country other than Italy, please ensure that you check your email for the tracking number and instructions.

Please note that if you choose untracked shipping, we will not be held liable for any lost packages during transit.

In the event that you encounter any issues with the shipment or delivery after we have shipped your order, we recommend contacting your local post service first. You can use your tracking number (if applicable) to attempt to resolve the issue with the delivery service. If you are unable to find a solution, please feel free to contact us directly, and we will do our best to assist you.

At JCKR, our top priority is ensuring our pack is happy while rocking their JCKR gear. If you encounter any issues with your order, rest assured that we will work with you to find a solution.

Please keep in mind that all of our gear is hand-printed only upon your request, which means each piece is uniquely made for you. If you are unsure about your size, we are more than happy to assist you in finding the perfect fit. This way, we can reduce returns and contribute to a happier planet for everyone.

If you need to make a return or exchange, please send us a quick email at with the subject line “Request Return/Exchange” before returning the item. Please note that we cannot accept unannounced returns.

Please be aware that we do not offer return shipping labels, which means that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs (as outlined in our Return Policy). Please note that we cannot accept returns that have not been properly shipped and postage paid.

Upon receipt of your package containing unworn and unwashed items, we will be happy to exchange your item(s) and send them back to you at no additional cost if you are located in Italy.

Alternatively, we can provide a refund for the price of the item(s) using the same payment method initially used. However, please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
